This is for high school & adult apprentices to get on the mat and practice mechanics we’ve been working on during the Zoom meetings.  Please be on time and prepared to be on the mat.  Needed items include:

• wristbands
• flip disc
• whistle
• rule/case book
• mat appropriate shoes & clothing (don’t damage the mat)
