NHWOA Bylaw Amendments

We got some feedback on our application for 501(c)3 status. We had things to fix with one being to clean up our bylaws. The changes require a 2/3 "yea" vote to pass. Please respond by August 6th Close of Business. Assuming the motion is passed, we will resubmit to the state.  The amended bylaws can be found here
